Coimbatore an amalgamation of the yesteryear’s traditions and tomorrow’s vision. And right in the middle a hustling bustling bazaar! Bamboo flute, Gourds made into lamps, ancient Kalamkari patches. Phulkari was all to our excitement.
Hand embroidered Mural painting of kerela , Phad of rajasthan or hand cut stencils it was all their to enthrall and satiate. A corner where women folk sat with colorfully dyed palm leaves and weaving baskets boxes and all. Myriad forms of jewellery numerous art accumulated , all under one roof. Enticing and enriching. Coming back again and again for yet another taste of it and then carrying memoir along. With a wish to see it back soon.

Hi, I am Neha - an artist, a potter and a crafts' lover. My travails with arts and crafts began by dabbling with paint and colour since my teens Studying Fine Arts at Sir J.J School of Arts , Mumbai and then Studio pottery at Golden Bridge Pottery, Pondicherry intensified my love for the subject and honed my skills as well. I embarked on my journey by working extensively in Gujarat and Maharshtra. My own contributions and learnings from others helped me gain myriad experiences and sharpen a multiple set of skills in the sector.
