- Browse through the categories and note down the product codes of the items you would like to purchase.
- After you choose your product(s) from the product line, email the following details to matsya.crafts@gmail.com
- Product code
- Number of pieces
- Contact details: name, complete postal address, and contact numbers
- On receiving the order, we will send you an invoice within two working days.
- The total amount should be paid within 10 working days from date of receipt of the invoice. (Note that if payments are not cleared in this period of time, we don’t ensure that the products will still in stock.) Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
- By Bank Transfer to Matsya account on the basis that the client pays all costs
- By Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) for credit to Matsya account via Xoom.com. Note that Xoom.com levies a $10.99 charge for transfer of funds.
- On receiving payment, we carefully pack and ship the products. Two notes:
- Packing may be extra depending on the product.
- Shipping Charges need to be paid by the receiver on delivery.
